Goat Yoga At Alaska Farms — Local services in Alafaya

I absolutely love this experience! With each class I bring new & old friends/colleagues and every single time everyone falls in love with Alaska Farms and their baby goats, the staff and the overall environment! On this last class I really wanted to shout out Edson & Gabby they are both spectacular people ! I love the energy, humor, kindness and direction Edson gives in guiding the class. Gabby was a total sweetheart in offering in taking photos and checking in on how we enjoyed the class! Thank you both, and to the overall staff for providing such a lovely opportunity and taking care of the beautiful babies you guys have on the farm! P.s. for anyone not sure JUST GOOO-AT !! Yoga is relaxed but gives a great stretched and the goats are so sweet and lovely and it doesn't hurt having them...

We had the BEST time at Alaska Farms today! I've wanted to try goat yoga for awhile. We picked Alaska Farms over other options because it was more centrally located for us, because the yoga space is covered, and because they offered a class with a 1:30PM start so we could still sleep in. Our experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly, and I loved our instructor's energy and demeanor. The yoga space is beautiful and mats are provided. Staff are quick to clean up accidents and they work with the goats to facilitate interactions during and after class. The goats were adorable. recently visited Goats and Mimosa in Orlando and had an amazing time. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the goats were adorable and playful. The mimosa was also delicious, and the perfect complement to the goat meet and greet.

But what really made my experience special was the welcoming and helpful attitude of Emmalys, the instructor. She was patient and attentive to each participant, ensuring that we were all comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Her passion for educating and love for the goats was contagious and made the experience so much more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Goats and Mimosa to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience in Orlando. And a special shoutout to Emmalys for making our class...
