I’ve had previous facials at chain companies and they have been fine but nothing over the top amazing. Just felt like people doing a job. Jessica is so warm and easy to talk to! She’s so passionate about her practice. She walked me through my morning and night facial routine. She looked at each product I used and the ingredients, telling me if they were a cleaner product and if that product would help my skin type. The products she sells in her lounge are made from all clean ingredients which is what she strives for. She didn’t push me to buy anything which I liked. She wants her clients to reach their facial goals and works with what they can manage financially. I got the basic facial just to start out and it was relaxing and refreshing. She has such a healing touch when she cleaned my face and put on different masks. She even did a little gusha lymphatic drainage which was my favorite part! She massaged my shoulders and rubbed on this yummy smelling moisturizer down my arms and hands. The lounge itself is clean, bright, and gives a warm Tuscan vibe. I had the “Ultimate Signature Facial” which includes a hands, arm, face and décolletage massage which was so needed. It’s amazing how much inflammation can go down after a massage.

She also used Led therapy on my face which is a medical grade device that NASA use to repair the skin.

Another bonus to a facial with Jessica is the bio mat you lay on, which is warm and has infrared lights to increase circulation and reduce inflammation. It’s that well known mat with the crystals.

The Spa is beautifully decorated and sets a very relaxing atmosphere. Jessica made me feel very comfortable, at ease, and answered all of my questions. She explained in detail what she was applying and what is was used for. I never felt pressured to buy any of the products she recommended and that's a breath of fresh air! Other places make you feel guilty when you don't. I did end up buy one product and it has worked wonders on my eyebrow hair growth.
