I always prefer to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, and I truly believe in approaching situations with patience and kindness. That said, my experience with this company has been deeply disappointing—both in terms of product quality and the customer service response.
We purchased a couch and assembled it the next morning. Immediately, it became clear that there was a significant manufacturing flaw: a visible 1-inch gap between the two back sections due to what appears to be a misaligned frame. One side leans slightly outward at the top, making the gap impossible to ignore.
While any defect in a $2,000 couch would be upsetting, this one is particularly frustrating as the back of the piece faces our open-concept great room and kitchen. It’s the focal point of our living space, and this flaw is plainly visible from all angles.
At checkout, our sales associate Sharon was warm and helpful. She encouraged me to notify her immediately if there were any issues, and I appreciated that. When I did, she referred me to the store’s customer service manager, Steve. I called him right after speaking with her. He briefly told me to email him photos, then abruptly ended the call without providing an email address. I waited for a follow-up message with that information—none came.
Since the company’s website only offers a contact form and phone number, with no way to attach photos, I had no option but to text the images directly to him. As of now, I’ve received no reply or acknowledgment.
I take no pleasure in writing negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. I genuinely hope the company chooses to do the right thing and stand behind their product. A prompt and thoughtful resolution would go a long way in restoring my faith in both the brand and its values. Until then, I can’t in good conscience recommend them, nor would I consider...
Read morePurchased a king bed frame and two matching nightstands for around $1700 in December 2021. The one star rating is solely for the quality of the furniture. The headboard was delivered with a small chip, but I do not know if that was from the furniture store or the moving company. My experience with the store staff as well as their recommended movers was just fine, but the quality of the furniture is extremely disappointing.
Within the first month, the footboard and headboard began to fall apart, because the staples holding the pieces together separated from each other. The wood also bends as if it is going to snap and has already chipped away in areas. The bed frame does not support itself very well unless it is pushed up against something. I am unable to push it completely against my wall, because of my baseboards. If I do not fill the gap between the frame and my wall with padding, the wood at the bottom of the headboard bends in a way that will surely destroy the frame comepletely. As for the nightstands, the wood has cracked in multiple spots, one of the doors was misaligned, the surface scratches very easily (as easily as sliding a cup across the top). Not worth the purchase price at all since it will have to be replaced here...

It showed up broken i had to work with there schedule to get someone to fix it, only to find out it was broken in the warehouse and should have been caught before it even left the warehouse. The sectional material delaminated on multiple spots even spots that no one ever sits on! Warranty was a joke they told me to deal with the manufacturer he said deal with them and back and forth before they both said tough luck. Best part is i have been back in the store and actually had a sales person rave about how good the quality of the couch i bought was. I showed her pictures and she just stopped talking. I had another sales person tell me that the couch in the photos was in no way 3 months old i told them they could look up my purchase date if they thought i was lying, they left and got on the computer and never brought it up again. I was offered no compensation for the subpar product i bought. But as of a week ago the sales people are saying that the material my couch was made from is terrible and they don't even carry it anymore... hmm...
