We enjoyed the falls - it was a short walk in the beautiful woods - it’s a free site and next to the historical Gold Rush Cemetery . A five minute walk so glad we stopped by to check it out. The falls were beautiful and easy to get pictures. We took the shuttle - picked up across from the visitors center on the Main Street - cost $5 one way. You can go up the cemetery side for an easier way up to the falls or you can go up the other side where you’re kind of off the beaten path. Either way the hike up is only 15-20 minutes depending on how fast you’re walking. You can walk here from town if you’re feeling adventurous. It’s about 2 miles from the dock.    Read moreThis little hike is a must do. It’s a nice easy walk with step up rocks. You’re surrounded by nature and the music of song birds. The falls are magnificent. There is a bench there, you can rest or just quiet the mind and take in the nature. FYI if you Geocash, there is one there and I couldn’t find it. So good luck.
