Dealing with this business was awful in the end. We ordered a wedding basket for our boss. And while I will admit it was a last minute basket, as I told the owner, he could have told us no. He sent a picture that was okay. However, when I went to pick up the "basket", it turned out to be a flower pot. It was not only not white, it had speckles. The letters on the dirty mugs fell off and he left the price tags on things. When I called to tell him that we didn't like the baskets, he went on a tangent. He was rude and very unprofessional. I will not, I repeat not ever order from there and will not recommend him to anyone else! Go to the Flower...

My wife has worked at the hospital for 8 years. I've sent numerous baskets and she always got them. Well, I used Albany floral and it never got there! INo one called or text me to let me know the status until I called them the next day! I told the older lady on the phone that "None of your employees called my phone while at the hospital and told me that they can't find my wife" . Had they simply done this,I could've called her myself". The older lady then got upset with me and stated" I don't have time for this,Ill just refund you your money!" Said thanks( disgruntled )and hung up!...

These folks are by far the worst flower/gift shop. Do yourself a favor and do not use these to send gifts to loved one. The gift I sent to a loved one smelt like cigarettes and cat urine. They also didn’t include half the items that was supposed to be in the gift and I’m pretty sure the lady I gave my card info to stole my credit card numbers so now I have to get a new card. They lady was extremely rude on the phone and cussed me up and down when I inquired about the missing item. Do not use these cigarette...
