Dollar General — Local services in Albany

Start checking your receipts people! Last three times I have been over charged for items and or items I never received. Unfortunately I forgot to check receipts until I got home which is almost half hour away. Not anymore. Will be doing it at register or the parking lot. Today I was charged for a coke that I didn't even buy plus I paid regular price on cereal that was supposed to be on sale. I love this store but if they can't get it together, I will not stop there anymore. I know I am just one customer, they won't care but I am sure I am not the only one getting...

Poor decisions or training of the check out person. Despite my suggestion she placed 12 cans of food in one small plastic bag, she would have attempted to put more in if they would have been available, needless to say the bag never made it all the way to the car. She then placed soap and car air fresheners in with the bread even though I asked her not to. This happens each and every time she is working the register and because there's only one lane open so we are stuck...

Most disorganized Dollar General I have ever been in. There is no rhyme or reason to the layout and it makes it very difficult to find things and navigate throughout the store. Very disappointed in the overall appearance but hey the price is right since its a cheap store and they do offer a large variety of options.
