Mike's Country Store — Local services in Albany

I went to Mike's in Lee County yesterday to finish my Thanksgiving shopping and it was a great experience except for Mike's don't have prices on all of their products cause I saw some buckets of chitterlings that I wanted to purchase but there weren't any prices on them. And the bad part about it I called back to Mike's Country Store and MIKE answered the phone and I asked if they had any buckets of chitterlings (put me on hold) and he said no they were out but reminded you I already saw them. So I waited a while and asked my best friend to call and ask if they had any and he or she said "YES WE HAVE PREWASHED AND BUCKETS AND I'LL CHECK THE PRICES FOR YOU. THE PREWASHED WERE $26.99 AND BUCKETS WERE $39.99 IF IM NOT MISTAKEN". Me personally I don't think Mike wanted to make nor get a sale on those chitterlings. Stay away from Mike's on 19. The mgr Ron is a coward and maybe a thief. Don't know for sure. I went there today and used the ATM. It approved everything but didn't give me my money. He verified everything and saw that I didn't get anything. He wouldn't refund me the money and said that I had to wait 24 hrs. I stopped back by a couple of hours later and guess what. The store is great and convenient. However, after making a purchase with Kylie (incorrect price) and realizing after making it home and having to return to the store for my credit, it seemed as if it was a HUGE inconvenience for her to process my refund not only that but the refund amount was given to me in only coins (which was clearly optional).
