Frankly it amazes me that drivers show up with dirty trailers at a FOOD facility and then blame the warehouse for not telling them to wash out the truck sooner. Show up with a clean truck!!! It's food and it's FDA regulations. You don't like to pay to wash out your trailer then you really shouldn't take food loads. Pretty simple. First thing, I was a day early and they we're super busy. The two ladies in shipping and receiving were very professional and nice. I checked in at 0730 hoping for the best. They informed me that I can wait and they would try to there best to work me in . I waited patiently and by the end of the day I was unloaded after the customer gave them the information they needed to receive the product. I was on time for my appointment. Got backed into a door & waited 2 hours before anyone even looked at my trailer. I then was told that I had to go get a trailer washout. You would think that they would look at the inside of your trailer when you back in to save you some time. I don't know why it needed to be washed out anyway. All that the problem with a washout for is because of floor dirt off of the bottom of skids was under my railing. They loaded me with boxed skidded shrink wrapped butter.
