Gravel lot, no sign at entrances. If you are not careful or it is your 1st time here, you'll miss it. What helps is that you'll see the semis staged or parked. Great place to park, however, re-entering traffic to go back to or just go to the Farm Fresh Foods Warehouse where we get loaded or unloaded, is challenging because passenger cars barely ever slow up and allow truckers to pull out. The road is extremely busy. Once you enter this lot, pull out of the way of the white vans, walk to building. There is a check in window under carport. The person who checks you in will come out and inspect your equipment. That person will also call you with a door or instructions. After you're loaded or unloaded, you can park here if you need to. Please do not try to clean out your trlr in this yard leaving debree and trash and stuff. There is a wash out right next door! The washout next door so-to-speak, does not stay open 24hrs. Check-in is under the carport attached to the mobile home/office. If you miss the driver way heading north, there are places to turn around head. If coming south, there is a second driveway. There is plenty of space for parking, a port-a-potty, poorly stocked vending machines, a dumpster to back up to for trailer cleaning. The lady at the check-in office was very pleasant. Definitely a quiet place to sleep!
Alabama Truck Wash is next door!

Read moreThe drivers check-in lot is where you'll go first. This is where they will hold you hostage. 1300 appointment arrived at 0400 (only reason it deserves the one star) (allowed to stay) (it has overnight parking) told to stage would call when they're ready for me to go to a door (2 miles away). Didn't get a call until 2030. Once I got to the door, it was a fairly quick load, but the chickens must-have got lose or something. Because there is no way it should take 9.5 almost 10 hours past appointment times to get a darn load of chicken. Unless they were loading feathers one feather at a time. These people have no sense of urgency at all. Best of...
