The Grove Grotto and Spa — Local services in Albertville

I can not praise The Grove Grotto & Spa enough. I fell in love with the place the moment I walked in. Between the beautiful decor, the relaxation lounge and soft blankets you instantly feel relaxed. I have had several of their services and each one has been an amazing experience. Every single person on the staff (including the owner) are welcoming, accommodating and truly listen to what it is you want to achieve. The massages are incredible. Brigette has done my Hydrafacial and Chemical Peel, the knowledge she has about every product she uses is impressive. With having tried so many services I could write a book about how wonderful each person you encounter is. Yesterday I hosted a Bridal Shower there and they went above and beyond for everyone. They added special touches and surprises like donuts from a local business, a beautiful charcuterie board and a special gift bag for the bride-to-be. I could not recommend this spa enough for lash extensions and any other service. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. They know me by name and treat me like they truly missed me between each appointment. I have not met a single worker that wasn’t friendly and knowledgeable about the services they perform. Jana does such a wonderful job with my lashes. I have used her since she first started and she has ALWAYS done a top notch job. She’s easy to talk to, and it is obvious she’s had extensive training. This place is beautiful. They really took their time making a relaxing environment with gorgeous decor and ambience. I took my 10 month old to get her ears pierced and the staff were fantastic. The front desk staff greeted me promptly and took us into their waiting lounge. Two staff did the piercing at the same time and they were amazing trying to distract my baby while also entertaining my 4 year old. The piercings turned out fabulous and I’m very pleased to have chosen this place. I did not want to take her to Claire’s/Wal-Mart or anywhere else for that matter that uses a gun for piercings.
