Matt hooked me up with a free rib eye to try while they were set up at the SIP Nebraska festival. I cooked it 2 days later and though GOOD GOD…this is phenomenal!!! Later I decided to purchase a quarter through upstream farms, and let me tell you I am very satisfied. Even the lower quality cuts of steak taste amazing! I love family owned and single sourced meats. I connected with one of the owners after reading an article about the farm. 28 day aged Angus and I must say incredible flavor! I cut my Ribeye with a fork.

The shipping is as promised and I've not been disappointed!! During Covid..I think it's important to support one another any way we can. Plus, the owners first job was detassling feed corn, same as mine... Nebraska summers!

I ordered meat bundles as Christmas gifts for our children and they were so excited to receive the high quality Nebraska beef that Upstream produces.
