SOOOOO happy that Rustic Timber was rude because I wouldn't have found this place to do business with in the end. Both Michael and Amy (I believe that was their name) were extremely helpful and let me take my time in deciding colors for the swivel gliders and table I wanted to purchase. The quality of these products are phenomenal and super comfortable, even without cushions. I was getting so tired of having to replace outdoor furniture and if you do that a couple of times within 5 yrs, you've bought these which will last for 20+ yrs. I only wish I could have taken my purchase home today but it will be worth the wait. Just wanted to leave a great review for this establishment. I called their old Palm Bay campus over the weekend inquiring about their products. The owner called me back the next workday morning. He wasn't in a rush. He was polite and answered all my questions. He didn't frown upon the fact I was just an individual buyer as opposed to a contractor. Ultimately, I decided the price was too high for my application, but the experience on the phone couldn't have been better.
