Houston Central RV Park — Local services in Aldine

Ridiculously over priced. I spent 1 night in new orleans with an RV full electricity and all for $20. I've even been to a beach in florida where you pay $8 and you get a 5 day pass to camp. To CAMP here in a TENT it is $22 per night and I called the woman again who refused come to the office to speak to me even though they were supposed to be open and she said the lowest she could go was $20 per night to camp IN A TENT.. not sure how that math works out in any world. needless to say i wasted my time driving 30 min to get here because i called 3 times and no one would pick up the phone before i arrived and found another phone number taped to the office door. Its a very nice park. The owners are super nice n do a great job of upkeep. The price is great. I really loved it. It's perfect for people who completely stick to themselves. My poor rating comes solely from the massive amount of drama that stems from their maintenance worker. Bill constantly starts issues with others to the point of them leaving. I know I'm not the first and won't be the last to leave due to him. I know of others planning on moving right now. He also deals weed,is an alcoholic encourages marital infidelities, and goes behind your back. Several people have brought these things up but have been ignored.That is bad business! I stayed long term at park (over 1 year) & since have visited at least 1/2 dozen since over the last few years. Park is operated by husband and wife who are courteous and professional. Maintenance resided on property accessible anytime. Over all good value (price vs. amenities). Especially helpful is propane filling, waste tank dump station, laundry, & public shower/ restrooms. The playground and pool are good added features. Compared to other parks within 15 miles of area (Aldine, Humble, between I-69 & I-45 @BW8), clearly the best. Safe, clean, & friendly.
