I HIGHLY recommend Chris if you ever need your roof replaced! I came home from work one day to find sheets of shingles in my backyard after a nasty wind and hailstorm. It was my first time replacing a roof, so I called my broker for a recommendation rather than trying to find someone online. She put me in contact with Chris because she’s worked with him for years and trusted him wholeheartedly. I knew immediately after our first phone call that Chris was the man for the job. He provided a detailed inspection report and photos of the damage (which was blatantly obvious) to my insurance carrier. He also met the adjuster at my house because I had to go out of town and couldn’t be there. After the adjuster left, Chris called to tell me that he was going to deny the claim, but never stepped foot on the roof. At that point, he could’ve left it to my broker and I to duke it out with the insurance company and moved on to the next job. Instead, he made it his personal mission to battle them himself and he wasn’t going to stop until they reversed their decision. I’ll never forget his response when I asked him why he was going out of his way to help me. “Because it’s the right thing to do.” He stayed in constant contact with me, and some of the calls were made at 8:00 at night on Sundays. Needless to say, he got it done and had me on the books shortly thereafter. His crew was scheduled to to arrive at 7:00am, and they pulled up to my house at 6:45am. I had a beautiful new roof before the end of the day! Chris followed up with me a week or so after to make sure that I didn’t see anything out of place or come across any nails in the grass.
