Lake Martin Grocery — Local services in Alexander City

I really like the opening of this new grocery store near our place on the lake. It has a good selection of food items but it could add a few more things like ice coffee blends, prepared salads, etc. And no peaches on my visit one day ago. Also the store needs to put up isle signs to help find what you’re looking for. I’m guessing that’s coming as the store goes thru its shakedown “cruise.” My biggest complaint is not about the store itself but the parking lot. There is only one entrance and exit and traffic circulation is horrible. I’ve had to back up to get turned around and I’ve seen others do it too. The parking spaces too seem to be more narrow than other parking lots. To deal with the parking issue I just park a “fur piece” from the store entrance and deal with it for now. Hoping the site owner will improve the parking lot’s entrances/exits🤞🤞. Overall, wish the store much success over...
