Dollar General — Local services in Alexander

I just want to say how impressed I was with the employee at this Dollar General, his name was Leonard. He deserves a huge raise from the Dollar General Family ! Most all Dollar Generals customer service sucks but not at this one he was multi~tasking helping each and every customer with a smile and so efficiently. The long lines you usually see at any given dollar general , you didn't see here . Leonard by far was the friendliest with giving every quality in customer service ! What I saw was a hard worker giving to his customers his all, with the very best positive attitude . Given how dollar general's lines and employees are overworked due to short staffing, this young man regardless gave his all in the name of great customer service !!!!! I know times are hard, and DG expects their employees to be able to unload trucks, wait on people to keep the store clean with limited staff, BUT to keep one an employee who is disrespectful to staff and customers is beyond me. Tyrone is such a kind man and respectful to everyone, but the witch who always finds a way for her name tag to be twisted so yo can't call her out needs to be let go and should have a long time ago. She is rude and disrespectful to Tyrone. She covers her mouth and talks low when speaking to my hearing impaired husband she does not deserve to be working in the public. My mom and I used to love the Alexander store. It was quite, well stocked and had a great team of employees. Unfortunately about 6 months ago it abruptly changed. Now it is the closest to us, but there are two others that are convenient for us as well. Both of them stay pretty well stocked (even considering this whole virus mess they maintained pretty well)and if they are low or out its not for long.
