Just left after having experienced the worst customer service experience I’ve had in quite some time. I was looking for a dryer and while I was looking the woman who was outside told me they had a 90 day “SAME AS CASH” option. “Pay $40 today and you can take it home.” Well I had the cash to cover the whole dryer but school starts in 2 weeks and I’m a single parent with a kid to get u informs and supplies for. Perfect. A little extra now for supplies and uniforms and fees and band and blah blah blah… And I’ll pay that $160 off easy next month. So I pick a dryer and agree. I make sure to as: 1. Is the $40 I pay today go towards the principle balance. “Yes”. 2. As long as it’s paid by 90 days, it’s same as cash, which means just the rest of the $160? “Yes.” 3. She tells me I can get a year warranty for $25. Yes I want that, is it gonna be rolled in to these payments or do I pay that today? “It goes into the loan”. Ok great… Well the 90 day same as cash isn’t through Fussell’s. It’s a loan company. And I have to go through a whole application process, “no credit check” but they ask for my whole social, and I get to the end and there’s an page with a price breakdown and it tells me the “Maximum Cost to own” is $542… on a $200 dryer. And that the loan company’s price is $260!!! NOT counting the $40 I was paying as the initial payment. So there’s $105 of fees attached to this $200 dryer that’s supposed to be “SAME AS CASH”.AND they calculated my payments for 12 months, not 90 days, and there’s a little asterisk at the bottom that says something about an “Early Payoff Option” with an ADDITIONAL $25 FEE!!! It says to call the company with questions. And the woman and man who work in the office, I’m assuming managers or owners ever, literally get ugly with me rather than apologize. Then she CONTINUES to give me wrong Information, trying to tell me the $40 includes $15 TAX on the dryer and can’t explain the other $25. TAX!!! And yet the $40 initial fee is now $43.18… Why? TAX! So clearly part of that $40 is NOT TAX because they wouldn’t tax taxes!!! So I call the loan company and get told about all these exorbitant fees that cost OVER HALF of the purchase price of the dryer. And I go back in and tell the woman, “Maam, you’re giving the wrong information.” And try to explain, and she gets a HUGE attitude and then HE tries to get an attitude. Well… yes, I lost my absolute s*** on them and said a few not so nice words. I also left with my $200 still in my pocket to go spend somewhere else. No. Just, no. Fraud and an attitude. No.And I added the screenshot of the loan terms, to VALIDATE exactly what I am saying.

Had a horrible experience with this place. Bought a washer and dryer for my daughter. Washer went out they replaced it with another faulty one. While getting it replaced I bought a refrigerator from them. I called the next day to let them know it wasn't sealing and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. Whomever was in charge was out of the office and was suppose to contact me the next day. She (the one i talked to) assured me they'd have a solution before Christmas. However, no one called and nothing got fixed. So I lost all my food and had to go buy another refrigerator. I went to lowes this time. At least they honor their warranty. I do not recommend this place. Save your time and money honestly, buy new. You may pay a little more but it will save you from having to buy a whole new one when they don't honor anything. Highly disappointed. I lost as much food as the refrigerator cost. Groceries are high and you have food planned for your family and then it all goes to waste. Shame on this company. They contacted me a month later when warranty was out because I disputed...

I bought a simple refrigerator at the end of February to replace one that had gone out. It was in rough cosmetic shape but as long as it worked, it was fine. It worked great for about a month and a half and is now not working as of 5/23. The fridge is room temperature. I'm past the warranty but called to see if they could help since 3 months isn't long for a refrigerator to just go out, especially when you paid almost $300 for it and the woman I spoke with basically just tried to sell me another one. She gave me the name of the repair people they use but after having to replace an entire week's worth of ruined groceries, we don't have the funds to repair a practically new fridge. Not happy with this service or treatment, at all. Shouldn't have ever trusted an appliance company that doesn't even have a...
