Lil Boo's Country Store — Local services in Alexandria

Walked into my local Favorite store ordered Burgers & Curley Q's . Older man says its going to take atleast 30 minutes! As he is fixing something in the ceiling??? He says he had a freezer go out earlier and just rough day! No problem !!!! I dont mind waiting ,,,, its going to be FRESH.... WRONG!!! We ordered cheese burger basket and Hamburger. I live 6 -10 minutes away.... fries were still warm when I got Home but taste like burnt greese, could not eat them AND the burgers....WELL..... most discussing burgers ever! Now i KNOW this older man working the kitchen Knew Dang Well what he was serving.... the meat was cold and hard .. OLD and had a REALLY bad taste to it! I called the store something I wasnt going to worry about doing , & Just throw them away ..but heck thats almost 15.00 .... Plus I know with the new store opening down the road .... Mgr. Needed to know for sure. Well the most unprofessional lady answers and i mentioned buying burgers their, instead of putting me on hold she ask the employee's if an order of burgers were placed, then i go to explain BUT...again she is talking/ repeating everything im telling her to IDK?? Mgr?? Who never got on THE phone !!! Im upset even more Now..... so I tell her Im returning the food! Well ALL EYES ON ME WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR!!! It wasnt all about the Money/ Refund??? It was about how this could potentially make someone like my family sick!!! Mgr? Ummmm IDK.. She walked up to me when i WALKED in i gave her the bag...she never asked what was wrong or offered another item?? She just gave my money back to me!!!! LISTEN TIMES ARE HARD...PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY . I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TODAY TO HAVE LUNCH AT YOUR PLACE...DONT MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER'S FEEL LIKE THE BAD GUY !!! It made me so mad, the way I was treated! HORRIBLE!...

Just moved out this way. Been in the city of alex for years. Always wanted to move back to the country. Lil Boos is a great place. Love it. The fish is great. The burgers was a lil wimpy. I just hate buns that are flat and not fresh. Will try again though. Pizzas are great. Great prices for...
