Very disappointed. I’m a regular customer that came in to order my usual case of oxtails. I was shown and given the price posted (on a board). 2 minutes later one of the workers came back and said that the price had went up ($20 from what was originally given).I asked to speak with the owner …the owner goes on to explain that the posted price was wrong. My argument is that as an owner, if a customer was given a price by a worker (right or wrong) the customer should receive the item for that price. The worker should have been corrected accordingly and given feedback by the owner. I did not appreciate the lack of understanding and empathy from the owner. He was not customer friendly at all. Great meat of all kinds located in the perfect position to get all types of business. They seem professional and also down to earth. Very friendly staff and the food is definitely one of the best butcher/meat places around. Its not in the best of neighborhoods but I just wouldn't go too late at night or alone if you are frail or easily confused, ECT.
