I would not recommend you to do business with Resorters and Marine. We brought a four wheeler in for repairs and they could not do the repairs themselves so they sent the machine to another company and in the meantime offered a trade in for our machine for a different four wheeler which we did in December of 2023 with understanding that machine was not on the lot and will be in early Jan of 2024 which was ok with us. Following up with them in January they would not be getting in until Feb. Eventually they had someone who picked up the Four wheeler from Texas but came back with wrong one and continued to have new excuse each time we contacted them. They told us machine was arriving on 7/26/24. Contacted them on 7/29/24 and told them wanted to have machine to my place by 3pm on Thursday and if any questions the could call me otherwise I will be writing my review. They waited until Thursday afternoon and spoke to my husband and told him that mark my word that it will be here next week and let your wife know she doesn't have to write a review. Don't worry Resorters I keep my word. 8/15 update- waited the entire week to call resorters and left a voicemail on 8/9/24 asking where our 4 wheeler was Tab called Friday afternoon and stated “it was shipped on Wednesday and will be arriving today worse case scenario would be Saturday but I will call you.” I said for sure we will have it by Monday. Do not go here under any circumstances! Took my boat to be stored for winter . They took it out of storage without telling me and let it sit outside for 3 weeks . Guy at front desk Bob was totally rude and said it’s not his problem . Got into a argument and his response was your not gonna win this one . Angie is also rude and inconsiderate . I paid $125 to have it detailed through then and they let it sit outside with no cover and it got dusty and leaves blew in boat . They did not communicate with me , that I needed to come pick it up or it would have to sit outside. I also had an appointment set up to install a few things and when I came back to pick it up they had not touched it. I just paid my bill and did the work myself . They do not communicate and when they do they all lie . Tab the owner just tells you what you wanna hear and seems like everything is a lie. To say I am disappointed is a understatement ! Can't say enough good things about these guys! I purchased a new pontoon this year at a dealer near the twin cities and have had a ton of issues with them getting rigged correctly and set up properly. Called Resorter's last week about getting my engine height adjusted and they said "bring it on in and we will get you fixed right up!" Made an appointment for Friday afternoon about an hour before close. They jumped all over it and even stayed a little late to get it done. Charged me way less than I expected and were very careful around my new boat and motor not to scratch anything or get it greasy or dirty. Nothing but 100% professional and friendly!
