I've purchased from them for years because they have a large variety & I like the free shipping. Spices have gone downhill in recent years (bland, flavorless - seemingly very old?). If you have a problem with your order, they practically fight you tooth and nail about it. I was given the wrong product & it took 6 weeks to get the correct item. The price wasn't bad, and I was ordering things not carried in every supermarket's spice section. Delivery was prompt; but I have to agree with another reviewer, in that the herbs I ordered smelled old and bland. Not likely to order from them again. I have one more thing I got from them; I'm hoping the experience with that spice will be better. Spices usually hold flavor better than herbs, so I haven't given up entirely.
