Our log home dream started over 20 years ago. When we relocated to Tennessee we continued our quest and toured the Bellewood and Algood models in Cookeville TN. We met Greg Watson who was our Sales Representative. We were instantly impressed with his warm personality and patience with all of our questions. Our plans had changed over the years and Greg worked with us and brainstormed ideas with us. Let say to begin with that we love our Honest Abe Log Home. We built our dream home with the help of Greg Watson and the staff that does their blue prints and designing. We had special features we wanted, not offered in their packages and they accommodated those for us with ease. All the material was ordered and delivered with no problems at all. The crew that they recommended were fast and did a very good job. Greg made several trips to our build site to follow the progress. There wasn't a lot of waste. The quality of insulation in the roof system is fantastic with thick foam. This keeps the electric costs down. Joe and I are so proud of the home we have and Honest Abe made it possible for us....
