Jim Wells County Fair Association — Local services in Alice

The big event is the Jim Wells County Fair every year. It brings the whole community together. It has an auction barn, a large indoor area for events, and a good sized lot where the carnival sets up for everyone to enjoy. During the fair portables are used for restrooms. During non-fair times, I've taken my sons out for archery and shooting sports with the 4H Club at the Fair Grounds and it's been a peaceful breezy location to teach them shooting...

Had a Blast with my Family from California. Hadn't been there in 30 yrs. Rides are awesome and food was unique. When I visited the stands inside the warehouse, to my surprise I found creoles from Lucky Nik Naks.. Came home with plenty of Crystals from Tigers Eye to Amethyst Crystals. Can't wait to go...
