The Grocery Outlet Store — Local services in Allegan

Extremely unimpressed with the rudeness of the staff. We just came to check out the new store and get a few items for Thanksgiving dinner but unfortunately they have signs up that says, “store closed due to lost power”. But the lights are completely on Throughout the store and there are several staff members in the building. I tried calling to see if they would be soon re-opening, seeing as the lights were on but I was Answered with a recording saying the voice mailbox was not set up. Then a women walks past the doors and clearly sees me and a few other people standing outside, she just gave us a dirty look and pointed to the sign saying they have no power! We gestured that we had a question and she threw another nasty look on her face and walked away. Extremely frustrating when clearly they have power and we were just wondering if it would be soon re-opening. I loved going to the old grocery outlet but bad customer service will completely turn people away from places....

This little place is so cool seriously they have the most amazing Deals they have so much stuff anything you could ever possibly think of and they're so outrageously affordable seriously I'm using the word outrageous because it's just absolutely nuts how fordable this pleases they have so much cool stuff and things you would never ever consider and the stuff is not out of date or anything like that it's it's totally usable totally edible functional food it's it's just a really cool place to shop I really hope they stay in business I like them. They even have foods for people with dietary issues like Celiac and dairy-free foods and gluten and wheat-free Foods I've even found some diabetic friendly Foods there and they do have a website so you can see what kind of stuff they're getting into...

UpdatedThis store is a fun place to shop. Many outlet style items that once they are gone they are gone. So you never know what gems you will find. 4-14-24 like to add another point, we have been shopping there from when it was a little store to the new location which is much bigger. Sure some of the dates are past, (past as for best-by-dates) but you also need to think of ingredients. If it has sriracha, vinegar, salt, etc, those as natural ingredients that will help sustain the products! We stock up on the sriracha Mayo (my husbands favorite he puts on EVERYTHING!!) And it’s fine from beginning of our stock pile to the end! We live 2+hrs away. So when we visit our son in Delton, we try to make time to come across to the grocery...
