I ordered a personalized rhinestone collar from this company on Amazon 2 weeks ago. I was so excited about it until about 10 days later when it started falling apart. The rhinestones are all coming off. The seller declined a refund if I send it back. They said maybe I should reserve the collar for special occasions. They offered me a discount to purchase a second collar 🤣 Why would I spend my money with a company who already ripped me off? This co sold me $865.46 worth of wholesale dog harnesses that ended up being an infringement of a trademark.  Once known they refused to take back the merchandise/wholesale order that we cannot legally sell, due to the infringement. That is not taking care of your wholesale customer nor a good wholesale/retailer relationship.  Will never buy wholesale from this seller again and do not recommend for purchasing wholesale!
