NB Outlet — Local services in Allendale Charter Township

I'm confused by the good reviews on here. Most of the items I looked at and researched were MORE expensive than in store and i was lookong at a lot of items! If you don't have a Costgo/Sam's membership they might be okay deals but still more expensive than new in-store items. Lots of broken and damaged items that were still expected to get their sticker price.

An older gentleman from their staff was rude to another customer asking if they had a certain item in stock (scoff, laugh and then a rude "no") and also to me when checking out. An item was in the wrong spot and I said I didn't want it for full price (toilet paper with 2 rolls ripped/damaged which is why I thought it was extra discounted!) And he rudely told me "well I won't sell it to you then".

The hours on Saturday are not very convenient. They close at noon I believe.

I won't be back again. I'll leave these "good deals" for the people who don't research what...

I went for the first time last summer and then again yesterday with my daughter. We found some very good deals. Not everything is a good deal and if you aren't sure just use your phone to compare items/prices at other stores/Amazon before buying. My daughter found an expensive/quality pan set she has been watch for sales on there. After checking Amazon and a few local stores the price theirs was $50 less than the lowest sale price she found on Amazon. We found some good deals on some office supplies, clear storage bins with snap lock lids and extra large squishmellows. The staff is friendly and helpful. I did not see any public restrooms but did not ask if...

I shopped there when they opened and up until about 6 months ago. Even though most staff was nice, the small man owner is rude, rude, rude…..it would be better if they didn’t let him be there while customers are there, (mostly a warning to women shoppers). I spent a fair amount of money each week, mostly for the convenience, not so much that it’s “outlet” pricing, because as most say, it is not, but after a third occurrence of blatant rudeness, I can no longer support...
