I am the proud owner of the white Dodge van that Richard advertised in April 2023. I had been frantically searching for an affordable, reliable, spacious an clean vehicle to replace one that had been totalled in an MVA back in November. By the time my ins. claim was settled, prices on used vehicles had sky rocketed and I couldn't find anything reasonable to buy within the limits of the settlment payout. That is, until I discovered 5 and Dime Auto online. The Dodge van appeared to be everything I was looking for and was within my budget. I drove down to see it in person and test drive it as soon as I found it. The van was just as advertised and I was elated. What I had not counted on was the added bonus of the business owner's easy going and confidence-instilling personality. Richard was very easy to deal with, honest, straight forward, answered all questions, disclosed everything that he had done to the vehicle as well as cosmetic things that he had purposefully chosen not to do so as to keep the vehicle at a reasonable price point, and he had all kinds of documentation for the work he had performed. I bought the van to use for long distance trips. Since purchasing the van, I have already put 10,000 miles on it. Because I have been so impressed with Richard as a skilled mechanic and a person of integrity, I use him for routine oil changes and brief inspection of the vehicle every couple of trips before I head out on the road again, and for any maintenance questions/issues that should arise.
