Haven't been to Sully's in years. I was excited to learn one had opened near my house. But after the visit I will never go there again. No greeting at all from the cashier when I went up to pay for my things. After she scanned the five things I had I waited for her to tell me how much. She stood their doing and saying nothing. So I looked up to see how much it was and paid. When she was bagging she had a full bag and instead of just using another one she threw my single slice piece of pie into the bag I could watch it tumble about through the bag flipping the piece so that the toppings were smashed on top. Add lower priced options, and do nothing else. Leave the...
Read moreRude staff. Two women in the check-out went out of their way to be rude. When I got home I called the store to talk to the manager who was also rude in that while explaining my poor experience he cut me off with “can I talk?” and then went on to excuse the rudeness of his employees. The store is within 5 minutes of home and we spend over $400 per week in groceries plus whatever household items we buy. That is business I would want to keep but apparently is not the type of business Sully’s finds important. I don’t believe the customer is always right but in this case the store employees do not seem concerned with making a positive impression or retaining a...
