Had my hair done at Accentrix's today. To sum it up it was awful and by the time i left i wanted to cry and never have my hair done again. I got purple put in and my black touched up. The get the purple to stick they had to lighten it. ok, well thats all fine and dandy. Thing were ok till it actually came time to process. They put a new heat lamp on my head it was ok for like 20 minutes.... one of the lights were burnt out so half way threw they decide to move it so the light distributes evenly..... half way through!!!!????? well where they moved it was burning my head... it hurt so bad immediately i reached up to move the light myself. I had no time for words it hurt then and there. After it was time to wash out the dye. I sat down she hardly rinsed it then walked away for a few minutes then came back to finish rinsing in that time my black dye had touched the pieces that were to be blonde and dyed them in that short period of time because it wasn't completely rinsed immediately. Then my hair is blow dried and its time for purple. She was going to use dye but then decied to use "ink" which is set with an iron. ok.... 3 different people applied it to what was left of the blonde in my hair..... 2 people at one time.... each yanking at opposite sides of my head... Then she starts setting the purple with the iron still in the foil... her iron was sooooo hot to steam instantly rolled out from where it was folded and burnt the hell out of my head.... I wanted to cry but not in public so I held it in. Then someone starts helping her set the purple.... again i have 2 people yanking on opposite sides of my head, setting a dye which is wet that they are pulling with 2 irons. It hurt like hell!!!!! I was making faces the whole time!!!!! no one said anything!!!!! Hello your putting me in pain!!!!! So they finally get done ... I could hardly see any purple even in my hair. I noticed later they missed a huge chunk of blonde by my ear and never cut my hair.... After 3 hours of hell i just wanted out of there. I go to pay and a 2 color dye in supposed to be 70$.... They charged me 120$.... $120 for 3 hours of hell!!!! and they never cut my hair and missed spots, burnt me and yanked on my head so much it hurt and is still sore hours later.... I literally left shaking!!!! Almost in tears! I will never have my hair colored there again! Just an awful...

I went for a perm. I had long healthy virgin hair below my shoulders. The stylist didnt wrap it correctly. I have had MANY MANY of these in my life. Stylists ALWAYS must wrap long hair piggyback or use special long perm rods.If not you get under processed hair with massive breakage and your head will look like a frizzy Q tip. That's what I got. She wrapped it like you would short hair. Too much hair on each rod and the chemicals couldnt penetrate evenly. Breakage everywhere. The only time it looks decent is when its wet. It wont hold a curl because half of the ends are under processed. I called and nicely told them there was an issue with my hair. They had me come in and the manager basically told me it was my fault because I didnt tell the stylist my hair wouldnt come out right if it were not piggyback wrapped. I asked her if this is what people could normally expect in her salon for 150 bucks. She said YES that's about it. No refund. I am going to no less than 15 graduation parties this month and next with people that know me. I will be seen by 100s of people. You CANT miss this frizzy q tip look.. which I told her. I said "then i will be your best advertisement". She got VERY loud and upset and said I was threatening her and to leave. IVE NEVER had anything like this happen before. I dont need the money , it's the point. Every single place I went to see what could be done about this said the same thing. Ask for your money back. Wait a bit then reperm it. Nothing can fix the breakage. This is truly awful. Under processed and un workable in any way. there are other places in the area that know how to wrap a perm. This isnt one of them. Went from long beautiful virgin hair to breakage and frizz. ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY BUCKS NON REFUNDABLE. think of that before...

I will NEVER go back! The owner was very rude to me when I first walked in. She started by asking if I had an appointment, which I didn't... I just want to get some information. I went ahead and scheduled a appointment even when I was already being treated bad (which was my first mistake). When I went back three days later for my appointment the girl that greated my was also rude. (I should have known then to turn around and walk out.) I went ahead and got my hair done, which I really don't care for, nothing special. The restroom was dirty and smelled bad. One of their other employees was getting a pedicure and I hear her say to the girl that was doing it that her feet were clean so they didn't need to clean it... Yuck! The girl that did my hair kept trying to sell me products that I didn't want or need. I am happy with the Purology products that my salon back home sells. Then again to top it off the owner comes strolling through talking on her cell phone yelling at the person on the other end. Like I said before I will never go back as there was nothing good about...
