50 years of riding and dealing with different shops and this place was the worst place I ever dealt with. I went there with my spoke rim with tire on it they replaced the tube, tire, along with rim strip etc. That's all great but they call me tell me my tires ready for pick up. So I go there she gives me the bill and it states the tire has a wobble because spokes can't be adjusted. Why in the hell would you not call the customer and let them know what the issue was so they could figure out what to do. No they were so worried about making the sale that they chose their own bottom line over my safety or my concerns. They went about writing up their bill and charged me $254.17 and I can't use the tire. I have to take it to another shop now to get a new rim or have this rim released and do this all over again. We needed a part for our bike, called the local Harley shop who said it was in stock, drove an hour there to find out they did not! My fiance called Classic American Thunder who not only completely understood what we wanted but also had it in stock!! They also had many other parts we needed in stock. I have to say that the prices were a Fraction of harley prices and they carry a lot of parts In Stock! Harley owners KNOW what this means to them when you're wrenching and need that hard to find part! They also do CUSTOM EMROIDERY and have awesome SERVICE to work on your bike. We took our 2019 Street Glide in for a Dyno Service. First off, great people to deal with and I received a complimentary pop tart from Madison, their sweet little daughter. Nick called me the next day and went over all the drivability issues I was having after a cam. Upon picking the bike up they spent 30 minutes going over all the details of the Dyno tune. On the drive home I thought I was on a new bike. I could have been more satisfied. Nick actually called me the next day to get my reaction to the changes he made to the bike.
