100% the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I worked retail for years as a manager and this was terrible customer service 101. John was rude when I called with an issue (after taking days to return the call at all) and then insisted that I a- didn’t know what I’d ordered, b-probably couldn’t tell the difference anyhow, and c-yelled at me and hung up the phone. After weeks of trying to fix it nothing was done until my husband called alerting him that we were insisting he fix it or we were going to pull credit card payment and sue. Magically everything was fixable two hours later. 🙄 when we finally went to pick up the missing pieces he was still rude about it and even then they weren’t really complete. I took them just to finally be done with them forever and ever. Buy furniture from one of the any other Amish brokers...

TERRIBLE!! If you want to order furniture and never receive it and waste money then shop here! The owner is a liar and will tell you what you want to hear and never follow thru. Waiting 3 weeks for furniture then was told ot had arrived. When they delivered it was the wrong set. When I asked where it was they dont have it, although I was told different. Then he offers me to use a bed that I didnt order. No i want what we paid for. When i ask where it is and when it will be there, the response I get was well I offered you a bed wasnt that nice?? Not well sorry ma'am there was an issue....needless to say save your money and go somewhere else where your guaranteed...

John could tell over the phone the parts we needed and said he had them in stock. We made an appointment for the following Saturday since we had a 2 Hour Drive.
