A hidden oasis in the foothills above Altadena. Under new management with lots of upgrades to boot. 1st a real grass driving range. No mats. 2nd, great pros Kevin and Courtney Erdman (you may have seen them on the Golf Channel's Big Break series). 3rd, nine full length holes. 4th good breakfast. As a long time resident of Altadena and blocks from course, my experience over the past year has been very disappointing. The current management has run the course into the ground. Everything is dying (dirt in middle of fairways) and today the range is pretty much just dirt. They also are renting out the parking lot to the studios, so there was NO PARKING! What will it take to get good management and a course that is worthy of my fine...

9 holes you can play twice to get a "full" round. Mid as heck. Dried out, hecked up fairways. Tons of areas where it looks like someone did burnouts in the grass. Completely random rough. Some truly gnarly teeboxes. I played here for $10 on my 33rd birthday and regret every second of not only playing there, but especially every second I spent driving to and from. Never again. I mean it... NEVER AGAIN. The chicken tenders...
