Dear Owner, I have been coming into your business for quite a while now. I drink a lot of beer, I probably spend about $20 a day there. I've always had very good experience with your staff. Today there were several young men with very young untrained dogs.

I'm normally an advocate of animals and everything they do, but today they were jumping all over and scratching me.
