I lost a parent 3 years ago. When I went to the Memorial Park, I was met by 2 gentlemen. They were the most unprofessional people I have ever met. I understand this is a tough business to be in, but if you’re going to work in it, a little empathy goes a long, long way. It has harped on me for 3 years. Since the day I set foot in that building until now. I couldn’t get over how bad of an experience it was. Not only did I just lose a parent, but this experience was terrible. I called and could never get through. I was finally contacted by a lady named, Eileen. If there’s a saving grace to this company, it is her. She was so kind, compassionate, and caring. The only reason I give this company 3 stars is because of how she changed my experience. If you lose a loved one, I would call and ask to speak to her. She is fantastic.
