I will start by saying the store itself is clean, orderly and there is adequate parking. They have nicer items than most of the discount stores in the north Georgia area. The atmosphere was pleasant and I was greeted on arrival. It is like the Chik-fil-a of discount stores in this area.

The customer service is above average but beware you may find an item/s in the store you cannot buy. This is why I only gave 2 stars.

I drove over an hour to this store for a console table that was advertised on their facebook page. I will admit it was advertised that only 1 was available and I knew the risk of driving so far to possibly leave empty handed.

When I arrived I went straight for the table and was excited it had not sold. The owner greeted me while I continued to look around. After a few minutes she came back to check in. I told her I was interested in a rug and would definitely want to buy the table. It was at that point she advised me that it had sold. After talking for a few minutes she then stated that she had a loyal customer who bought a lot as she stages homes and she was waiting to see if she was going to buy it. She said she would hear back in a few minutes as this person had messaged her to save it. My gripe is that it had indeed NOT sold at that time and I was in-person and ready to buy then and there. I was also looking at a rug, 2 shower caddies, the console and some framed artwork. Easily a $600-700 sale. She informed me after a few minutes the other customer was going to buy it.

I understand that having loyal customers is great and it is absolutely worth it to continue to serve those that build your business BUT l, too, could have become a loyal customer. I was and still am very impressed by their stock and cleanliness but I am not sure I would want to shop here as the items I find may not be able to be sold to me even though I am standing with money in hand ready to buy.

She did advise me I could message her and she would reserve items in the future; however, I think I will always be beat by the 'loyal customer' that will remain a priority to this business owner.

I had been wanting to stop at this place for about 4 months and never made time until today, so me and my bestie stopped and I am so glad we did. Let me just say OMG it smells so nice when you walk thru the door, and before we got out of the car I was thinking of this was going to be another store you have to pick thru and everyone a mess... Nope not here, everything was nice and neat organized and the man that runs it was AWESOME very helpful and even cut up with me being a little crazy, but was made to feel right at home.
