Great Auction House. This auction company is no different than any other auction house I’ve bought & sold at. They have “buyer beware” disclosures that clearly let bidders know that there is no guarantee for the items sold. Most or all the items sold do not belong to Galindo auctions & therefore it’s not practical to guarantee items. I have bought items “dirt cheap” that worked perfect & I’ve also taken the gamble on items that didn’t work. Overall the good buys have outweighed the “not so good” ones. It’s no different than buying a lottery ticket. When you don’t win, you can’t complain to BBB, etc.- it’s a gamble. I own a couple of businesses that have greatly benefited from Galindo Auctions: from very affordable office equipment/furniture to construction tools/material. Committing auction fraud by using a fake account only to pass the winner and sell item for a few bucks more at a later time. Please be aware of your online bids and the person who is bidding higher than you. Will report Fraud to the BBB agency.

Response: In a with reserve auction, the auctioneer may refuse a higher bid (reserve the right to refuse …) where in a WITHOUT reserve auction, any higher bid must be accepted. Said another way, in a with reserve auction, the auctioneer is not bound to sell to the highest bidder.
