I am very pleased with JCMH Home Health Products and their customer service representatives. I have just started using a Nebulizer (Compact Compressor) in my apt.. When I picked it up at the Home Health Products company the other day, one of their representatives very patiently showed me how to set it up for use in my apt. and answered all of my questions, since I had never previously used a Nebulizer at my residence.
She also wrote out the directions for using the Nebulizer for me, so I wouldn't forget anything important that she told me. I have several chronic and permanent medical issues, including cerebral palsy and a Neurogenic bladder, along with my worsening asthma, so I don't want to get confused or forget anything important.

When the run around didnt work, they then told our new supplier that they never even supplied the VERY IMPORTANT item for my son, in all the years we used them. That was a LIE. So, I called and they even tried to tell me they had never supplied us with item! Only after I called Home Health products the second time and told them I would speak to an attorney If they didn't give us the information needed for my son's trachea, did the information magically appear. And Shame on the manager, overheard arguing with the employee assisting on the phone....
Read moreAdjusting my review t because they sent me the wrong CPAP supplies. I am now four and a half hours away from home and unable to use my treatment because when they delivered my expendables they sent the wrong cushion.
It's my fault for not opening the packages and checking but one does not expect to receive the wrong equipment. I called JCMH and was transferred as it is after normal business hours the person answering the phone attempted to help as much as possible and even offered to call the on-call from home health.
