We just picked up our 5 month old German Shepherd puppy from here. She stayed for a week while we were on vacation. I have never left a dog before in boarding. So I was a bit nervous about it. 3 Bark didn't disappoint!! They have amazing new facilities that opened the day after we dropped her off. When I picked up our baby. The owner gave me a tour of the new place. It's beautiful, professional in appearance, safe and the animals are sound. While we were gone I received a few text with videos and photos of our pup. The even let me know our girl got a tummy ache this morning.( Not uncommon for her). The gave suggestions of OTC meds, let me know up front she was feeling crumby and even gave her a bath to clean her up. My two dogs were here for about four days and we asked for the biggest room (4x8) and they sent pictures of our babies daily. We also asked for the grooming package on the day of pickup, and my dogs were so fluffy and smelt great! If you’re going on vacation and looking for a safe place to leave your fur babies, this is the place! The team members are so friendly, they follow instructions to the T, and the place was so clean. The new building is beautiful! And the prices stayed the same even though they’re in a new building. All the dogs are taken outside one by one instead of in a group, which is one of the reasons I choose TBPH. Recently took my 2 year old Malinois here for the weekend. She has separation anxiety and they did a great job keeping her calm when we dropped her off. The whole place , including kennels, are super clean! You can tour and see the whole place before you leave your fur baby! We texted while we were gone to check in her and they answered quickly. The took pictures of our fur baby and sent them to us. They are very organized and clean! It is obvious that they love what they do and love the fur babies they take care of ! We will be going back !
