If a zero-star rating were possible, I would give it without hesitation. Unfortunately, that's not an option. I need to emphasize this: IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, ESPECIALLY WITH MELANIN IN YOUR SKIN, THIS GYM IS NOT SAFE FOR YOU. This is not an opinion but a factual observation. From the behavior & disrespect of a certain entitled teenaged male staff member to the ongoing profiling of black players, this establishment does not deserve to have integrated players playing at this location. IT IS UNSAFE FOR THEM HERE!!! The employees, local teams from Friendswood and Alvin, and referees all contribute to a hostile environment intentionally. My advice: Save your money, time, energy, and, most importantly, safeguard your players by avoiding this...

Really loved the atmosphere and the facility. 💙 The bathrooms were clean even with hundreds of girls playing basketball and throughout the 2 days all day long. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 The seating was also good with multiple tournaments on each floor. The only criticism is the inner snack bar with ice cream servings. The food preparation was deplorable. The cones were sitting directly on the counter and exposed. The strawberries were inside a container with used and whole strawberries not stored in the fridge (didnt apoear to have been washed), and banana peels still left on the counter while the worker was scrolling and eating pop-corn. Sales were missed due to poor food...

The facility itself is fine. The staff and the ridiculous rules, however, are another story. No outside food or drink for spectators is dumb in itself but to not allow players to bring a snack or sandwich in, is just extra dumb. The concession stand has ZERO healthy options for our athletes. A previous reviewer mentioned an entitled teenager w attitude at the door...yep. attitude, attitude, attitude *smh No weekend pass, over $20 per person per day to watch and $2 for a small bottle of water. Do better. Gouging is not a pretty look for...
