Fun little place to hit up mid road trip. There is a small gravel path, parking is roadside. It is accessible from two different directions. Coming from the East is more paved. If you come in from the West it does look like you may have gone the wrong direction: all gravel, bumpy, lots of potholes. Low-rise cars beware go very slowly, watch the ground especially if it's still dark, you can drive between the tire marks a bit higher and more smoothly but you'll still need to tack a few angles! Sunrise is a great time to visit but make sure to bring a flashlight. There is plenty of litter and you don't want to get hurt. Bring some paint or a chisel to leave your mark, please clean up after yourself! March it was definitely chilly out and dew on the grass. And city kids heads up, so that you aren't startled, it is a farm nowhere kind of place, critters...

Rv park is mostly full timers that live there. It isn’t much, but did the job for the price and was right by the Cadillac ranch. If you’ve ever been to Buehring, this place reminds me of it lol. Sites are very close to one another so if you planned on sitting outside for a beautiful view this ain’t it. Little active night life our first night, but nothing crazy. We don’t mind others living their lives, but if you’re picky bout noise levels probably shouldn’t stay here. Bath house was nice and clean. T-mobile service sucked inside the park, but worked literally right outside of it. WiFi was pretty in and out so be wary of that if you depend on it. Overall very mediocre place, but place to stay with water and electricity for a...

For private property, this needed to have more adult supervision even for the adults that were there! The smell of fumes and toxins hit you almost immediately after exiting your vehicle! As a person traveling with cancer and lung conditions I was appalled by the toxins that were allowed to flow so freely everywhere! And the grown ups that had children there it mortified me that they treated so disrespectfully private property and other human beings lives by risking everyone with their idea of fun! Somebody needs to be monitoring the traffic and the amount of spray paint hands going in this place! I was extremely disappointed! Toddlers and diapers have no business holding...

The Cadillac Ranch is definitely eye-catching, and I was looking for a souvenir place to buy a lapel pin to commemorate passing through Texas on Rt 66, so I stopped. There are several photo ops here and they don't charge for them, so snap away. The gift shop was manned by a young woman who had no idea what a lapel pin was, even though they were five feet from her. "We call those hat pins." Apparently, they speak another language in Texas. Anyway, I happily left with my reasonably priced lapel/hat pins clutched in hands.
