Fantasy Novelty Superstore — Local services in Amarillo

I'm not from the vicinity of Amarillo but in the near future I plan on moving here, I like it here in Armallio TX but I really dislike my experience visitation at Fantasy. Poor Customer service and especially how the representatives responded to my wife when she asked for service and questions. They were rude and dismissive. Me and my wife are in the same industry (management) At Romantix and we pride ourselves on Optimal and exceptional customer service and display consistent common courtesy so yes I was very disappointed in the experience with subpar customer service and cold demeanor. I understand it's a younger staff but it's still no excuse. Btw their prices are 30 to 50 dollars overpriced. Very surprised at the high rating review because it wasn't personally reflecting as far as customer service/common courtesy goes. Do better especially when outside ppl comes to...

i came in here about 3 years ago. first time in a store like this, kinda nervous, kinda excited. i was about 6 months pregnant and really needed to empty the tank. the women’s bathroom was occupied, and when you’re pregnant and gotta go, you gotta go. the men’s bathroom was unoccupied, and a single bathroom btw so no other men could come in. when i finished my business, i washed my hands and opened the door to an extremely unfriendly male employee informing me that the men’s bathroom was for MEN ONLY.

it’s a single stall and i am visibly very much pregnant and some dude wants to scold me like i’m a child for using the “men’s bathroom”? don’t worry, won’t happen again considering i haven’t been back since. also, their prices...

Walked into the store TURNED ON, and left TURNED OFF.

Out of all the times I've come in here, the guy with the glasses is so kind and helpful, but there's a woman there who crucified me for not wearing SOCKS while trying on the heels. First off, THERE SHOULD BE A SIGN that states to ASK FOR ASSISTANCE prior to trying on ANY of the shoes. There is NONE. She made me extremely uncomfortable, I acted calm and oblivious but I was irrate. That lady is rude. Lady, you need to follow the gentleman that was working alongside you and learn how to talk to people. Your people skills are awful. 10 stars for the store and gentleman in the glasses. 0 stars for that rude woman obliterating Fantasy Superstores...
