Robinson's Family Feed — Local services in Amarillo

Very disappointed. I just bought a round bale of coastal hay from Robinsons this past weekend. My daughter said she found stickers in it and I kind of brushed it off as a fluke thing, then I go out to mess with the bale and get a handful of stickers in a different area, then I find a stalk with more stickers. My husband called and sent pictures, the owner called back and was extremely apologetic and said if it was his he would burn it, but when asked if they would replace it he said he couldn’t because he would lose too much profit on it. So now I’m out more money to replace it when I just bought it to begin with.

I understand it isn’t their fault that the hay has stickers, but at least stand behind what you sale. Needless to say, they just lost us...

I was so curious to go visit this store. Had seen it's ads all over Facebook and I finally did and ,270$$ later I vowed to return for my Christmas shopping. The young ladies that were working that day were so helpful to my needs ( medical) they helped my nieces find items they were looking for in their size and color all in all 12/10. Great experience....

They were pretty friendly inside but crazy expensive...and the guys out back were friendly as well but the way he loaded my trailer was less than desirable, so I had to do it myself before I could leave so that I wouldn't lose the hay bails on top. And they are WAY HIGHER on their feed pricss than at Tractor Supply so I don't recommend getting your...
