I can't say enough positive words about this company and the people who work there. I live in AZ and started researching trailers a year ago. I finally found a trailer manufacturer that sells directly to everyone, not just dealers. Everyone that I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with every question, and trust me there were days of questions. They made me feel like I was their only customer with nothing but respect that they would show to someone who had total knowledge of trailers. From my sales person Christopher, warranty expert Brad, Ms Donna who runs the office and Warren who made sure that everything was right when I picked up the trailer. It was such a great experience to work with everyone. They are my kind of people and I so appreciate how they took great care in making sure I did have a great experience and took the time to get to know me. I flew to Ohio to pick up a truck and then drove to GA to pick up my trailer and back to AZ. I had the time and it just all worked out. It's not easy making big purchases as a single female and I could write a chapter or two on bad experiences in my life so thank you Triple A for showing me that there's still good honest companies with high standards and values. STAY AWAY FROM AAA TRAILER Spoke to Christopher made arrangements to purchase and pick up a 7x16 tandem trailer. They brought me out a trailer that was dented he graciously swapped it for another 7x16 trailer. Was on the road with the second choice and the second tandem axel disconnected from the stabilizer bracket. Also, the brake a way was defective and wouldn’t stop the trailer. Had to leave it on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday night. A farmer helped with a jack and bolt. Christopher had a bad attitude and we made arrangements to return it. Brought it back and swapped for another trailer. In the description it stated two vents, I didn’t realize they weren’t installed. When I called Christopher back he was rude and arrogant then stated nobody wanted to deal with me and abruptly hung up. He was blaming me for the poor quality of the first dented trailer and the second trailer with the broken axel attachment.

We ordered a brand-new food concession trailer from this company. we are located in Iowa. When our trailer was ready it was January. It was shipped from GA on a Friday and delivered to us on Monday. They were going to ship it to us a week earlier but didn't due to weather conditions in Iowa. Meanwhile in Iowa at the end of January was subzero temperatures. We received the trailer and put in storage until we were ready to get it ready for the season. When we fired it up, water was spraying everywhere. We contacted this company for warranty. they weren't even will to negotiate helping us fix this, this was the first time we used this trailer. This bill will be running us roughly $500 to fix. They stopped returning my emails and phone calls. Unwilling to even talk to me about anything.
