Went to get my jump/break cue re-tipped. They did the work fast but fast isn’t always a good thing. The work was shoddy at best and they didn’t put on the right tip. I asked for a phenolic and they put on some rubber tip that couldn’t get the ball off the table. I went back to ask them about it and they defended themselves and said it was just me who couldn’t jump...

I ended up going to a different shop and they tried to jump with it as well. No one could get the ball off the table... they re did the tip and cheaper as well.

I've been pretty happy with KD as my local game room supply. They have a good selection of everything I need for my rec room. You can likely find items for a bit less online, but you won't get the service and questions answered that you get at a local shop.
