Bought their pre mixed fuel. It locked up and completely ruined a one day old saw! Called the company and their customer service is as bad as their product, wanted us to send our brand new saw to them from Ohio for them to “look at”. I said no and the dealer said no as well! We sent all photos of the test on the fuel and all photos of the can that did not have any batch numbers for them to trace what had went wrong. They were rude and would not let us speak to any one of higher management and Tommy Hood and John Carter both did nothing but evade phone calls I as the consumer had to make daily to chase these people down to do what was right, which they never did!! Tommy was out for a health reason that later I was accused of being the bad person by John cause Tommy had some sort of cancer. I wish that on no one, but all I know about this company is they certainly didn’t provide coverage for Tommy while he was gone trying to make his health better and they certainly just don’t return calls and where they owed someone money. We bought a $1100 Stihl saw and it is ruined and they will not replace the saw unless I send mine to them…seems shady to me I don’t know any smart human that would send a saw to a company who can’t batch their fuel, answer customer service claims, or calls and or return any calls in 6 weeks time. I was treated badly by John Carter because I was a woman. He talked down to me laughed and talked over me, told me to listen to him but refused to me as the customer. We bought this saw to do good for our family, to clear a wooded lot for our daughter. John and his crew of no goods have ruined it all, and not at all stood by their product. The super fuel had no oil in the mixture at all and it was positive for ethanol!! The. Told me he doesn’t have time for this stuff he is a busy man and that he doesn’t have this problem well then why do you have such a large claims department?? Good luck to anyone who has to file a claim with smitty supply. They are terrible to their customers! No one would send their already broken saw to these people that at all...
   Read moreI purchased three bottles of 5w 30 from Rose's store in February. Two of the bottles were motor oil but the third bottle contained a reddish color fluid that looked and smelled like power steering fluid or transmission fluid. I had already poured half of the bottle in my engine before i realized the color was red. I immediately contact the Rose's store which there general manager got involved and I was told to reach out to the company Smitty's and if I needed anything else from them that they will contest my purchase of the fluids. I also reached out to Smitty's Company and spoke with Abigail who represent there legal department. I recorded and taken pictures to coincide with my complaint and I also shipped a sample of the fluids to the company to get tested and as of June 5,2024 I was emailed that the sample didn't pass for 5w 30 motor oil.    Read moreI have been here for over 3-1/2 hours and just now got a call to pull into the dock. They say they are short staffed but look at reviews, they must be short staffed all the time. 15 minutes later they finally put me in a dock. I will update when loaded. After 7-1/2 hours of waiting they called me and said they didn't have the product and would have to call someone in the next day to make some. But still won't guarantee I will get loaded tomorrow. I am the only driver that arrived at 0630 the next morning and after waiting 30 minutes another driver shows up and they put him on the list and in a dock. At 0815 they put me in a dock. It is now 1100 and still no loading going on. Will update later. At 1119 they finally started loading me. Let's see how long it takes. I was finally finished loading at 12 noon....
