Elusive is by far the best salon in Idaho Falls and is very posh. This is guaranteed to be a unique experience. They will cater to your every need.  They have a team of very talented stylists and color experts. Kenzly was the color and hair expert that worked personally with my wife. She spent the time with her in the way of a great verbal planning session prior to beginning services. But their services do not stop at just hair.  They have experts in nails, microblading, make-up (including permanent make up). Spray tanning, Waxing, eyelashes, and hair extensions. There are 35 specialists in their respective specialties. If you are looking for a real transformation in an amazing environment, this is your place. The gift shop has clothing jewelry and more.  I can honestly say as a professional reviewer, that I no longer have an excuse to not know a place to get a gift for my wife. You cannot lose with a gift certificate for services and/or products. If you want to check out the salon, you can just go into the gift shop area to see items to purchase and any of the staff is willing to give you a free non pressure tour of the place and show you the services they have. At no time did we feel pressured for services. You will find pricing for services reasonable. I scheduled with Jillian Banks 2 months in advance for a consultation appointment and hair appointment. I paid her $25 for a consultation and a $107 deposit for my hair in advance (I have not seen her before.). She had to move the initial 15 minute consultation because she was ill. We then moved it and she sent me a message saying she would be 10 minutes late because she had to go home and let her dog out. I felt good about it and was excited. She then texted the morning of asking if she could push our appointment 30 minutes. I said sure that is fine. She then messaged and said she needed to cancel because she was sick. I did get my deposit back but she would not give me my money back for my consultation —— for something that she ended up canceling doing. If you have time to wait around and get rescheduled she may be great! But for those busy working people with kids, don’t waste your time and money! She is incredibly flaky and I feel like that is so unprofessional. We all have lives and work and kids and whatever. Insane....

I got extensions done from Jillian. She ordered me different colored extensions than the ones I picked, but I didn’t know. When I took my extensions out I left them with her to get them cleaned and stored properly. I later needed to pick them up and she hadn’t cleaned or stored them, she threw them in a plastic bag. At this point I got a receipt and found out she ordered the wrong color and that’s why they didn’t match my hair. She refused to talk to me about any form of fixing things. On top of this the extensions weren’t done right and within a month all 3 rows had to be removed. She was extremely aggressive and rude. She also kept pushing back appointment times and moving them.
