Hip Sip on Crowley — Local services in Ammon

We use to love Hip Sip, would go almost daily. However, the last few times we have gone to Hip Sip, it felt like a complete waste of money.

One time the drinks were not mixed at all, and all the puree was at the bottom of the straw. The last time we went, we ordered two protein drinks (which we had gotten before and loved!!). This time, there was protein chunks at the bottom, it was very icy, and not blended at all. We waited 15 minutes in line again to ask if they could reblend or remake it. The staff were very rude and stated "you must just not like the protein options" and asked what soda drink they could make instead. At this point, we were embarrassed by the situation and just got a different soda drink.

I think they have a lot of potential and I am excited to see their business growing and expanding. I just wish staff would be more conscious with each drink they make, especially the ones that cost $9. As previous review stated, we have started going to Pick Me Up more. Friendlier staff, quicker, and the drinks are mixed perfectly.

UPDATE The owner was very quick to communicate with me and offer solutions to our concerns. We will be willing to try Hip Sip again, and I can update my review...

In all honesty, I love their drinks and their service is great! I even signed up for text messages from them. However, this is a message I got from them on a Sunday:

"Hip Sip: Stop by today and order a drink off our Conference Specials Menu and get 10 percent (the tithing discount) off your ENTIRE purchase! We are open 11am - 8pm, drive thru only."

I felt this was highly insensitive and ignorant in a location where the primary religion (LDS) in the area preaches the importance of the Sabbath Day and not shopping on that day.

I feel it was creative but would have been much more appropriate on Saturday when General Conference starts.

I immediately opt-out and will no longer do...

I love this place, but lately it seems like customer service has gone down hill. The last time we went, we had to wait an extra 5 to 10 mins, because the workers were having a conversation with the person in front of us. The only reason I know this is the person in front of us got their drink, but still sat there and than left later on with out getting another drink. I understand have a conversation, but when it impacts your service.... sadly this is not the first time something like this has happened. It would be have stars, but like I said the service has definitely gone down...
