Hiring Katie's Blooms for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process! From our initial meeting to where we discussed my vision, to answering all of my [many] questions leading up to the wedding day, to the day of the wedding, Katie was a dream to work with! She is very professional and attentive, and always responded to e-mails and texts in a timely fashion (never took more than a few hours for a response). She listened to what I wanted and had great suggestions on how to make it all come together cohesively - which I greatly appreciated because when it comes to flowers I have no clue what flowers are what, what looks good together, cost, etc. I gave Katie my budget and she ensured me we could make my vision work – boy did she deliver!! The day of the wedding Katie and her mom dropped off the bridal party’s flowers and I was just astonished - they were more gorgeous than I ever imagined my wedding flowers to be!!! She did an OUTSTANDING job. She did a great job mix and matching different flowers and colors of fuchsia… exactly what I wanted! Katie not only did my flower arrangements, she also put together all of our centerpieces, providing the candles and mercury glass vases – these were also outstanding, and they looked amazing with the flowers! If you are still looking for a florist for your wedding, look no further. Katie's Blooms is worth every single penny. The flowers were beautiful and the hanging arrangements were breathtaking. I gave Katie my vision and they went above and beyond to make sure that vision came to life! Once I saw the bouquets, I was so excited to see how everything else turned out. I made sure to not look at my phone the entire day so that way when I walked through the doors I was able to receive the element of surprise. And boy was I amazed! I honestly don't think I talked to a single person until I walked around and saw all of my beautiful arrangements. My guests still mention how beautiful the arrangements were weeks after my wedding. You and your mom definitely know what you are doing and I couldn't recommend you all enough!

Katie's Blooms is a magical, magical place. First of all, Katie did my flowers for my wedding years ago and everything was absolutely stunning and perfect.

As for their cute little shop in Newtown, could it be more perfect?! They have a great floral bar if you're looking to build your own bouquet or arrangement. They have the sweetest offering of gifts such as tea towels, notepads, specimen collecting kits, candles, beauty products, and really soft and cute t-shirts for both adults and kiddos. Plus, they have some amazing house plants up for grabs.
