Now that Steve left, this place is left being run by complete morons.
We ordered two items, and they were substituted with more expensive items since someone tried to sell the same items twice. We were okay with one of the items being upgraded because it was A legit upgrade. The other item(A bed) they substituded was A downgrade from A Win10 computer to A Win8 computer.
We did not launch A complaint immediately because we were told we would be keeping the items at the prices of what we actually requested. First month it was fine. Second month it was fine. Third month the prices got jacked up on us. So we were not able to pay on the third month because them jacking the price 30 dollars broke our budget.
So, they wanted their items back and we respected that. We failed A payment so that's the natural progression of missing A payment. But they wanted to keep getting our money so they called and asked about payment, several times A week for 3 weeks now.
One guy says we can keep it the month and just pay next month. One says they are coming to pick it up on the 10th. Another guy calls and says we can keep it for the month and just pay next month. Then another guy says they need it back Tuesday(17th). Then another calls and says if we can make A small partial payment we can keep it for the month. Then the 20th. Then the whole month. Then the 23rd. Then the 1st of next month. Then the 24th. Then the whole month.
This back and forth kept up until we just told them to come get the stuff and leave us alone. So, the 24th they made us cancel A doctor's appointment so they could come pick it up because we could not put it on the porch or they would report us and they could not come before or after the doctor's appointment.
Now we are done with them, right? RIGHT?! Wrong. They call us A few hours after they pick the stuff up and ask if they can bring it back out. Since it's so close to the end of the month anyway, we can just keep the stuff and make A payment at the start of the month. We refuse because we are tired of the lack of organization at that store. Only A couple of guys work there and they all work out of one small office. Yet they still cannot get their stories straight between them.
Now, we find the mattress on our porch this morning. They brought it back claiming it had bed bugs in it. That's an amusing thought since they provided A cover for both the mattress and box springs the day it came into our house and said that it has to go on the bed immediately. That cover was still on the bed when it left the house. The bed was in our house for 3 months. So there is no way it could have living bed bugs. They would have been locked in the mattress with nothing to feed on, and would have had to have been on the bed before we got it.
So, unless they swapped beds on us AGAIN, they just brought A bed back to us we told them NOT to because they are trying to force us to keep paying for their stupidity. Either way, they just abandoned A bed on our porch. Oh. And they are trying to talk us into getting back the laptop we never wanted to begin...

Other stores in town were either out of stock, had a long delivery date, inventory spread around the store, rude or lazy staff. Other stores didn't even have what I wanted if I tried to order from them. I intend on continuing to lease with Aaron's in the future to boost my credit. Great inventory, professional and polite staff. Very straightforward and to the point, feels genuine each time I interact with the company. I'm almost always late with my payment because I forget and have been sick and lost hours at work. The staff is understanding, super helpful, and communicates well. When I signed my lease, the staff listened when I explained what I was shopping for, price point, pay frequency, and answered every single question I had. I had a delivery made in early February from Aaron's and the guy was super helpful and nice. He helped to get my dryer into my home and even latched the backyard gate...
