TERRIBLE. No communication. After having my sectional for 4 months, he delivered one piece of the 3 pieces. He asked for the rest of his payment of $1500 and promised the remaining two pieces the next week. I paid him. The check cleared. No delivery. No communication. Would not answer calls or texts. I had a small job. Stitch 2 sling chair slings which were removed and ready for stichting. I had a quote for $35 per hour. First they used black thread in a tan and white sling. They stiched 3 of the 4 seams (but did stich the split ones) leaving one seam to potentially split soon since it wasn't reinforced. I had asked that all 4 be stiched. I only noticed that they did 3 after I got home. The biggest complaint was after 15 minutes work they charged $20.... Should have been 10 at most. He took my deposit & my couch, gave me a 2 week time frame of completion & proceeded to do NOTHING for 5 weeks. Communication is HORRIBLE. He does not answer his phone. He does not return messages.
